1. Data Collection
Rebela AI collects limited information necessary to operate its identity permission and enforcement services. This may include account details, technical metadata, and usage information related to interactions with our platform and APIs. Rebela AI does not collect or store raw biometric data. Facial or vocal characteristics, when used, are converted into irreversible, non-invertible cryptographic identifiers designed to minimize privacy and regulatory risk.
3. Data Privacy and Security
Rebela AI implements industry-standard security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring of system integrity. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable and appropriate steps to safeguard information entrusted to our platform.
4. User Control & Consent
Users retain control over their participation in the Rebela protocol. Where applicable, identity permissions, licenses, or access settings may be managed, updated, or revoked according to the terms of the service. Rebela AI is designed to support consent-driven identity enforcement and transparency in how identity permissions are applied.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Rebela AI may integrate with third-party platforms or services to enable functionality such as model integration, compliance workflows, or infrastructure support. Any data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary to provide the service and is subject to applicable security and confidentiality obligations. Rebela AI does not authorize third parties to use shared information for purposes beyond service delivery.
